I.G. Auto Repairs was established in 1982 in Attunga Rd Blaxland.
moved to Murphy St in 1984 (2 doors down from current location), Alan Hopson was renting there at the time.Alan moved to the old Car yard on the corner which was called Ghost Busters (formally known as Cascade Motors) where Brooklands shops are now. Some years later John Wilkinson owner of Lower Mtn Tyres bought and moved to the old Glenbrook Plumbing shop on the Highway (the site where the Teddy Shop is now). I then moved into his old factory where i am today.
Rob Adams owner of Glenbrook Plumbing occupied the front section (office and the rear section)for a few years he then purchased a house in MT Riverview where Rob moved his business. I then knocked out walls , lined them & fitted extra roller doors.
I.g Auto Repaires will celebrate 30 years in October 2012.
